Three years of study and in theory, and according to my Twitter, I
am now an 'Expert in All
Things Social'. In reality, I've become an expert in questioning
everything and trusting nothing... this seems to what BA degrees are about:
AKA - being analytical. This, and acquiring some semi-useful, semi-interesting,
and potentially applicable, but not necessarily concrete, knowledge of
whichever specialist subject appealed at 18. If mine has taught me one thing, then it's that the more you know,
the more you know you don't know, and I have never felt anything to be more
true.
So as an expert in all things social (analytical) I look on at the world and wonder: what's a world to do.
